Anaconda Fire Department Displays American flag for 25th anniversary of 9/11
The Anaconda Fire Department displays the American flag atop a firetruck's ladder to commemorate the 25th anniversary of 9/11. At the 9/11 Memorial Museum in New York City, an inscription reads, “No day shall erase you from the memory of time,” an adapted quote from the Roman poet Virgil. This 9/11, 25 years after the terrorist attack that rocked the country, the Anaconda Fire Department is making sure that memory lives on, displaying the American flag on top of one of its firetruck's ladders for all driving down Commercial Avenue to see.
