Police respond to firearm incident

On Saturday, Anaconda-Deer Lodge County Law Enforcement posted on Facebook that they responded to a domestic disturbance on West 6th Street that morning, during which a firearm is alleged to have been discharged, and that a suspect had been taken into custody. According to the criminal complaint filed in ADLC Justice Court, William Edward Johnson was charged with three felony counts of partner family member assault, causing reasonable apprehension of bodily injury in partner/family member.
