The bar had its grand reopening party, complete with food and a bartop branding, on Friday, Oct. 23. After Charles was killed on June 20, the bar, which was co-owned by Charles’s wife, Tamara Charles, immediately went into temporary closure so his family could take the time and space to grieve.
