Anaconda-Deer Lodge County Justice Court, the Honorable Ken Walund presiding: • Buddy Myotte changed his plea to guilty on Thursday, Oct. 8 on a charge of aggravated driving under the influence, second offense. The defendant was charged a $1,200 fine plus $85 surcharge plus one year jail time with all but five days suspended plus ACT class plus the court recommended that a probationary driver’s license be issued plus 24/7 for 45 days.
