July saw a holiday, Art in Washoe Park, a fun run, a wildfire and the start of market season in Anaconda

The presses may have been on pause in July, but Anaconda sure wasn’t. The month started off with a much fanfare, as the Anaconda Community Market kicked off on Main Street on Thursday, July 2. After that, the weekend started off with a boom – literally – with the Fourth of July parade, fireworks and other festivities. July 4 The Fourth of July parade in Anaconda sees horses, people of all ages, cars and trucks of all makes and models, and first responders to ring in America’s 250th birthday.
